First August release here, and it’s a little doujin from a manga/anime called Dokkiri Doctor that I’ve never heard of before working on this. Anyway, long story short: Pissing loli. Said loli catches a shota peeing standing up, so she decides she wants to do it too.
The translation was handled by Brolen, and I took care of the editing on request.
