A little sooner than I expected to be releasing this (was originally planned to release tomorrow), but Chapter 4 of Bokunchi no Mikage-san makes its appearance. Following the trend of the last chapter, Mikage’s at school again offering assistance to another of her classmates who is troubled over something. The next person to receive her help is Tsuna Minato, a dark-skinned beauty… with small breasts. Can you tell what Mikage will be helping with yet?

So Mikage’s at school again, sitting in Ikumi’s seat since he’s sick. Overhearing Minato’s conversation with Azumi (see chapter 3) about wanting bigger breasts, Mikage chimes in saying that ninjas have ways of altering the body, so giving someone bigger breasts isn’t a problem. And so, she gives Minato some medicine to apply to her chest, but instead of doing it herself, she has Hagimura do it, much to his confusion. But obviously, there’s a reason why she’s letting him handle this “important” job~
