Aw man… It feels like forever since I last released something that I actually edited myself. And looking back, it has been a while. Just about a month almost, and only the 2nd release for the month… Terrible, I know. Well, ya know, circumstances and such like finals at the beginning of this month. But! That wasn’t the only reason for the huge gap in releases.

Today’s release takes a good portion of the blame as well because it required so much work for just a mere 20 pages. Redraws… REDRAWS EVERYWHERE!!! But I had to do it, mainly because this release is something I picked up to do waaay back in September 2012, but just managed to get to it in the beginning of May 2013. Talk about putting things on the back burner, right? It’s finally done though, and it’s hawt!

In other news, I’ve finished up the next chapter of Bokunchi no Mikage-san and have sent that off to YQII, so that should show up in a day or two. After the couple of Touhou doujins I have listed on the right get done, I’ll be attempting to get back to my various manga projects that have been severely backlogged for what seems like ages. We shall see how things go.

This was a joint project between myself, who took care of the editing as per usual, and Vaako Benihime of LWB, who took care of the translation. My apologies to him for holding this thing hostage. QC was handled by the folks over at LWB as well.

After quite a bit of slacking on my part, here’s another BokuTomo doujin featuring Kashiwazaki Sena. This time, Yozora tricks Sena into going to a meetup so she can finally make friends. “SeFrien”, which means “Celebrity Friends” as Yozora called it. Of course, that’s not what it really means, and Sena finds out the hard way. Goddammit, Yozora!

(C80) [110-GROOVE (Itou Yuuji)] Self-Portrait ☆ Shameimaru (Touhou Project)

Ayaya~ Time!

Here’s another Touhou doujin courtesy of pesu and Ean. This time, a doujin featuring the Wind God Girl, Shameimaru Aya.

Due to reasoning conveniently left out, Hieda no Akyuu has come to the conclusion that her doujin group “Bookworms” (Patchouli is the second member) needs to make a porn book. And Aya, being ever-present (it seems), overhears their conversation and is gladly willing to help provide the material at the expense of the other residents of Gensokyo.

An encounter with Nitori leads to all her material up to that point getting destroyed, though. With the deadline closing in, and with everyone aware of her actions, how’s she going to get the needed material in time? For that, Aya uses her last resort.

As per usual, pesu handled the translation, and Ean handled the editing. And again, I also helped out with the editing by assisting with the redraws as well as providing QC.

(C78) [UNIYA (Shinonome Ryu)] Marisa, Mushrooms, and Fiendish Miko (Touhou Project)

Here’s another Touhou doujin entry, courtesy of pesu and Ean. This time, featuring Marisa and Reimu. In this doujin, Marisa’s dragged Reimu out to collect some peculiarly shaped mushrooms. And, as you may know, things tend to get crazy when it comes to Marisa and mushrooms.

As per usual, pesu handled the translation, and Ean handled the editing. All I did was offer input on the QC side of things (the easy stuff).

A female investigator, sporting a nice set of big tits and wearing a skintight top and spats (okay, she’s got a jacket and skirt over them) charges in to an enemy hideout and… Well, I suppose it’s not hard to guess what happens from there given the pic above, right?

(C82) [Shiawase Pudding Dou (Ninroku)] Package Meat 9 (Queen’s Blade)

Here’s something it seems many people have been anticipating for a while. Once again, Slutty Cattleya makes her return in Package Meat Vol. 9. I think this is the latest volume unless Shiawase Pudding Dou released another entry this past C83. Well, I’m sure I don’t have to explain what happens in this part, do I? The story doesn’t go anywhere if that’s what you were expecting. Anyway, time for a little bit of ranting on the initial translation. Feel free to skip that if you don’t care and are just happy that, with some outside help, a not-shit translation came out as a result.

Truth be told, I’ve had the raw and translation since about the end of December, but lemme tell ya, the initial translation provided by Laruffi (aka. Goatse on E-Hentai. Some may be familiar with his *cough*’work’*cough* already) was so terribly bad that there was no way, in my good conscience, that I could go through and release it at that level to the people who have been dying to read it. Needless to say, I lost motivation to work on it, so it got put on the back burner.

So, a month later, I ask TL’er buddy Biribiri to check the translation, which he kindly accepts. This proved to be an invaluable decision on my part. He subsequently proved what I had thought from the moment I received the translation (that it was shit). I knew the initial translation had mistakes in it because I, a non-moonrune reader, spotted a TL mistake in the very first bubble of the doujin. I just had no clue how many more TL mistakes there were until I compared the changes Biribiri made to the initial script. There were so, so many. Ranging from bad wording to guessing to just blatant rewriting. A lot of the initial translation was nowhere near what was actually being said (blatant rewriting/guessing). So far off, in fact, that even Biribiri suggested Google Translate was probably used.

So what does all that tell me? 1.) Laruffi (Goatse) doesn’t have a good understanding (if any) of the Japanese language and how it works. 2.) He barely has a grasp of the English language. 3.) The combination of the two make for really, really poor quality and highly inaccurate translations (blatant rewriting and guessing).

So with the rant aside (or not if you skipped it), the one responsible for us even having a scan of this doujin to work on is scanner buddy Kalevala, and the person who commissioned him for it, Alex68785. The one responsible for the terribly terrible initial translation (check the above rant) was Laruffi (aka. Goatse on E-Hentai). Biribiri, as the Translation Checker, was responsible for saving this doujin by being script janitor. And I handled the editing as well as further script janitor duties to clean up what was left.

Chapter 5 of Oohashi Takayuki’s World Is Mine is finally here. A silly story this time around. A series of punishment games gone out of control in this one. Anyway, just two more chapters of this book to go, then it’s finally complete. I should be able to move on to other things that have been severely backlogged after this (I hope).

It’s Fundoshi Time~

Chapter 4 of Oohashi Takayuki’s World Is Mine is finally ready after my College Finals and Holiday Break. I hope everyone had a nice Christmas. As for me, I got to spend with my family and ate lots and lots of food. The delicious cake was my favorite though :3

Anyway, enough about Real Life (for now). I suspect no one really cares about mah delicious cake, so I’ll just get to the release. After receiving her passport from Youko last chapter, our heroine has made the trip to Oodate in search of Spell Moon. There, she meets Akita Komachi, who gives her a change of clothes after the trip leaves her normal clothes in bad shape.

Something worth noting is that this is the last chapter of the World Is Mine story in this volume. It picks up again in Oohashi Takayuki’s World Is Mine 2 book. Something else worth noting is that I found out this story seems to be connected to another previous work by Oohashi Takayuki’s called Kaitou Blue Rice Child. Now, whether knowing that story will help you make sense of the plot, on the other hand… I don’t know, but just thought knowing that would be useful in case you wanted to try.

Here’s chapter 3 of Oohashi Takayuki’s World Is Mine. After our heroine’s romp with the dog girl, Hachi, and her two shota brothers, she finally gets a lead on her search for Spell Moon, but before she can go, she’ll need a passport to travel between areas. Enter Chinese Girl Minato Youko.

In other news, if you’ve noticed my comments in the shoutbox, the next chapter of Kon-Kit’s Honey Dip manga was commissioned to Kusanyagi by someone else. And subsequently, the remaining chapters of Honey Dip have been commissioned to him as well. So that means I won’t be finishing it like I had originally intended. I do plan to re-edit chapter 6 (The Black Knight’s Tale) and do my version of chapter 7, which Yoroshii had left a script for a long while back, though. That’ll likely be the last I’ll see of Honey Dip.

Sad, I know, but with the not-so-recent-anymore “Disappearance of Yoroshii”, there’s nothing more I can do about it. And as I think I’ve said before, with his absence, Nukunuku Orange’s Gutto Onedari book is also on hiatus for the time being. Same deal with Takuji’s Mochizuki-sensei book. Unfortunate, unfortunate~

Looking back on it, I really have had problems keeping translators to work with around… I wonder if there’s something wrong with me that causes them to disappear suddenly lol… T_T

[Kon-Kit] Ane Gang-Rape (COMIC Situation Play Vol. 12)

So today’s another random release brought to you by Lasertym via E-H’s bounty system. Those with a discerning eye might notice that the heroine in this one-shot looks familiar. If not, well, she makes her first appearance in the first chapter of Kon-Kit’s Honey Dip manga. Seems he went and made a bunch of chapters with her in it fucking guys other than her husband under various circumstances lol. This one-shot is in the same vein.

Anyway, the translator who stepped up to claim Lasertym’s bounty was Malone of Munyu Heavy Industries (proprietors of a lot of nice exhibitionism stuff if, like me, you’re into that stuff). I took care of the editing as usual at Lasertym’s request. Lasertym forever making me feel like I’m worth something T_T. Also, got a few more things I’ll be doing for him in due time.
