So here’s something I did on a whim after seeing Ooishi Chuuni’s new book. This is a re-edit of a then magazine chapter that had been commissioned to and translated by Biribiri a long time ago. So it’s sorta/kinda a joint between me and him. There’s three other chapters I’m planning to re-edit from this book, two of them having been translated previously by Biribiri (Do visit his site) as well and another that was translated elsewhere. Those will come in due time. Gotta make progress on some of my other projects first ^_^.

[Kotoyoshi Yumisuke] Kumikyoku Mitsunyuu Vol. 2 (Complete)

Here is my first full Tankoubon edit as an editor for Nemui. And for myself, it couldn’t have been a better artist to work on. I sure do love me some Kotoyoshi Yumisuke. He draws those big breasts that I love. The raw that we used was given to us by a kind person by the name of Setebos. He had initially planned to commission this, but upon seeing the way the story went (which most people should know about by now), decided against it. A few emails later, I had his scan and work began on it. I sure did enjoy editing this.

Here’s Warashibe’s most recent manga. As I mentioned in the Otome Gokoro post, this guy is one of my current favorite artists. So when I found out that he was coming out with a new book, I immediately made plans to get it done with Nemui. Nemui only managed to get chapter 1 done before he disappeared. So I asked Yoroshii if he would help me finish this and accepted. THANK YOU, YOROSHII!!! Anyone visiting my site should go and thank him. He’s been a great help to me in keeping these projects alive.

I personally think his artwork is great, which is why I decided to pick up his newest book (still in the works). [Kon-Kit] Honey Dip Ch. 1-4

Here’s chapters 1-4 of Honey Dip left unfinished thanks to Nemui’s disappearance. These are all one-shot chapters, with 3 out of 4 of them being quite silly. The odd one out is train rape. Chapter 3 is actually a re-edit. It was originally translated by Sling a long, long time ago.

As is sometimes the case with magazine-to-tank re-edits, things were changed. It was especially the case for this chapter. Whole pages were changed in the tank. Nemui was kind enough to help cover for those spots back then as well as double as a TL check. Sling also translated chapter 6 from this book. That’ll show up in the batch DL if/when I make it to the end of the book someday. In any case, here’s descriptions for the chapters so far if you care to reacquaint yourself with them.

[Kentarou] Samurai Guild – Kepuuroku Ch. 1-5

Here’s chapters 1-5 of Samurai Guild, one of the projects left unfinished thanks to Nemui’s disappearance. It’s a story about samurai, action, history and sex. Sex? Yup, sex. Plenty of it too. It is still an H-manga after all, even though there’s a bunch of historical stuff in it too. Wouldn’t know just how accurate it all is though, but at the very least, there was probably less blatant sex going on during the actual time period than shown off in this manga. I could be totally wrong about that though. Also, the art is quite nice in this. In any case, here’s a description of the manga’s setting.

[spoiler title=”Description”]US Commodore Matthew Perry’s black ships forcibly opened Japan to the outside world in 1854 after a period of 200 years of isolationism.

The Japanese weren’t prepared for this drastic change so the riots throughout the country started. The Shogunate attempted to repress the rebels but the samurai clans united and proclaimed loyalty to the Emperor and hostility to the foreigners, rallying behind the slogan “Revere the Emperor, Expel the Barbarians”. This story takes place in those turbulent times[/spoiler]

Now then, my intentions are to complete this manga in Nemui’s stead, but as of right now, I have no translator to work on it with. I’ll ask around and see if I can rope someone in, but for the time being, consider this project to be On Hold indefinitely. It won’t be forgotten though. In any case, feel free to reacquaint yourselves with these chapters out so far.

[Kikuichi Monji] Anal Backer (Complete)

Here’s another completed book reposted, Kikuichi Monji’s Anal Backer. It’s also another of my first edits when I joined Nemui. We only did chapters 3, 5 and 6 of this book though. Chapters 1-2 and 4 had been translated by Hentai-Empire and SaHa, respectively. In the case of SaHa’s translation, he had done his using the magazine scans, so I took his translation and re-edited it using the tank scans. So it’s all in glorious tank scan quality, just the way I like my H-manga *nod nod*

[Hazuki Kaoru] Antique Romantic Vol. 1 (Complete)

First complete manga repost. This was Nemui’s first completed tankoubon too. A nice and lighthearted read. There’s 2 more volumes to this series, so I’m looking for a translator to help me complete it. If someone out there is interested, do leave a comment. Otherwise, enjoy the reread. Anyhoos, a brief summary:

Komori Yuusuke is a 19 year old guy from the countryside. He traveled to the big city in order to study and work. He has a part time job at the most unusual place; an antiques store, but it’s not your average antiques store. The Bankokuya store deals mostly with sex toys from ancient Japan and this will lead to various bizarre situations almost always involving Yuusuke and some lady customer. It’s also worth mentioning that he has a crush on his boss Seiko Sakimiya who is 3 years older than him but she barely knows he exists.

I’d certainly vote that one of the best cover pictures I’ve seen lol. Who else would? Anyway, here I am again. Back with Fuetakishi’s second C80 Fukuyama-san doujin. Once again, the translation was provided by Gurumao of Team Vanilla.

In this one, Fukuyama-san meets her younger self… Or is it her little sister? Whoever she is, this mini-Fukuyama (she’s got a real name, but I like using this ^_^) threatens the peace of Fukuyama-san’s and Suzuki-kun’s relationship. Well, not really, but Fukuyama-san really seems to think so. She’s also none too happy about what mini-Fukuyama has claimed as her own… And she, like the title would suggest, erupts (in the figurative sense) and storms off to her home. When Suzuki-kun tracks her down, she offers just one way for him to atone for “cheating” on her with mini-Fukuyama. Inb4 You will never have a girlfriend as awesome as Fukuyama-san. And this is the last repost for the Doujin/One-Shots section. This was a doujin I had decided to re-edit because I was unsatisfied with the previous translation and edit job on it. It was done by one of my current favorite artists, so I thought it deserved better than what it got at first. And deserve better it did.

Because I had doubts about the previous translation, I asked Biribiri to be the TL Check. What I got back from him was basically a retranslation. The differences between the two versions are quite…. Well, they’re very different. So if you like, consider this a freebie translation from Biribiri.
